Trashing Food, Trashing the Planet.
Food waste drives about 8% of global greenhouse emissions, with the U.S. alone discarding 150,000 tons of food every day: enough to fill 1,500 Olympic-sized pools.

How Can We Introduce More Comprehensive Food Waste Education to Successfully Promote Sustainable Food Practices?
